Scott
Prince
Chief Executive Officer and President
Scott Prince brings more than 15 years of senior management
experience and a deep understanding of complex business
services to the position of CEO and President of Newview
Technologies. Mr. Prince has been at the forefront of
creating innovative organizations that create and deliver
value by solving complex business requirements. He has
developed and managed technology and service businesses
for e-commerce, procurement, ERP and supply chain software
solutions.
Prior to joining Newview Technologies, Mr. Prince developed
and managed a diverse group of businesses serving the
industrial, technology, consumer goods, financial services
and life sciences markets. Mr. Prince served as President
of Alchematrix, and provided general corporate development
and management for Fisher Scientific International,
the world's leader in serving science. Previously, Mr.
Prince served as President and COO of Bank Direct, a
financial services innovator, where he built the second
largest internet-only banking platform in the marketplace.
As Corporate Vice President of Siemens AG, Mr. Prince
created and executed the business strategy for the systems
integration, information technology, and telecommunications
technology businesses. This global company developed
and delivered technology, software, systems integration,
e-commerce strategies and managed services to customers
in North and South America.
Mr. Prince serves on the Boards of Directors for several
technology and services organizations and is an active
advisor to emerging companies. He holds a BA and MBA
from Vanderbilt University.

John A. Baron
Vice President,
Business Development
John Baron brings twenty years of global business experience
as a senior executive and entrepreneur to Newview. He is a
founding member of the company and is responsible for driving
business/market development activity. With a background in
commodities and industrial marketing, John continues to provide
industry expertise on the Newview management team and has been
instrumental in leading the development and acquisition of
key clients and new markets.
Previously, John served as Senior Vice President of the Titan
Industrial Corporation, a privately held global trading company
that supplied raw materials to industries such as automotive &
aerospace, agricultural & mining, construction, and steel production.
While at Titan, John led a number of group businesses, including
Global Trading and N. American Distribution. His experience
includes expertise in global trade and finance, strategic sourcing
and logistics, and sales and marketing.
Mr. Baron holds a BA from Ohio Wesleyan University and completed the
Advanced Management Program at The Harvard Business School.

Greg Gilbert
Vice President,
Client Services
Gregory Gilbert brings to Newview more than 15 years
of experience in professional services, including a
focus on enterprise business processes, production optimization
and inventory control techniques. As Vice President
of Client Services, Mr. Gilbert is responsible for helping
clients model and build their business processes in
order to gain efficiencies and carry this process design
through to a quick implementation. Throughout his extensive
career, Mr. Gilbert has been dedicated to bringing value
to companies through integrated process design and service
offerings. Most recently, Mr. Gilbert managed the eMarkets
group at Peregrine (with Extricity and Harbinger offerings)
where he applied technical information flows to integrate
applications into a single framework. Greg joined Extricity,
Inc. in 2000 to add detailed integration technology
knowledge to his process design and implementation skills.
Prior to Extricity, Greg was a partner at CSC where
he developed Business Services, a portfolio for FORTUNE
50 companies that needed to integrate processes and
capabilities, either by managing them internally or
through an outsourced relationship.
Mr. Gilbert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations
Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University.

Michael McGarrity
EVP of
Product Development and CTO
Michael McGarrity brings to Newview over 20 years of
technology experience, including global matching systems,
communication networks, back office integration, straight
through processing and user interfaces. At Newview, Mr.
McGarrity oversees Product Management, Architecture &
Design, Network Operations, IT Infrastructure,
Engineering, Quality Assurance, Client Services and
implementation of the Newview product suite and
integration technologies.
Prior to joining Newview, he served as Vice President of
Product Development for Reuters, the world's leading
financial information and news group. During his 13-year
career with Reuters, Mr. McGarrity held a number of key
development positions. He managed the company's
transactions for important product development efforts
including, the creation of the world's first global
electronic matching system for foreign exchange (D2000)
and the first after-hours electronic exchange used by the
Chicago Mercantile Exchange and the Chicago Board of
Trade.
Mr. McGarrity holds a Master of Science in Management
Engineering from C.W. Post College at Long Island
University and a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science
from New York Institute of Technology. TOP |
Craig Minyard
Vice President,
Finance
Craig Minyard brings an extensive financial management background
to Newview with more than 15 years experience across a wide
spectrum of privately and publicly held corporations.
Most recently, Mr. Minyard was CFO at S2 Systems Inc.,
a global provider of transaction processing, authorization
and integrated solutions for the banking, financial,
retail and travel sectors. At S2 Systems Minyard was
responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial operations.
Previously Minyard was CFO at Springbow Solutions, a
leading provider of business-to-employee (B2E) solutions
built on Portal, Integration, and Web Services technology.
Minyard was responsible for all financial functions
and involved in strategic planning, mergers and
acquisitions, business development activities, internal
IT and human resources; he also served on the board of
directors. Prior to Springbow, Minyard was vice president
of finance and administration/CFO for OpenConnect
Systems, a leading developer of enterprise-to-web
business solutions. His areas of responsibility
included strategic planning, accounting, financial
reporting, inventory management, budgeting, management
information systems, human resources and treasury functions.
Minyard also served as the executive vice president
and CFO for Premier BioResources, a bio-medical
company initially funded by the Rainwater Investment
Group of Fort Worth. Minyard began his career with
Ernst and Young in Dallas. He has a Bachelor's degree
of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting
from the University of North Texas and is a Certified
Public Accountant in Texas. TOP |
Michael
S. Levin Chairman
& Founder
Michael S. Levin is the Chairman of Newview Technologies
Inc. Mr. Levin founded e-STEEL Corporation, now known
as Newview Technologies Inc., in 1998. B-2-B Magazine
named Mr. Levin one of the Top 25 Champions behind the
e-Commerce revolution and one of the Top 100 most important
people to watch in B2B. Prior to founding e-STEEL, Mr.
Levin held the position of President and CEO of The Titan
Industrial Corporation for over 15 years. He is a member
of the World Economic Forum and the Council on Foreign
Relations, where he holds advisory and leadership positions.
He is also on the corporate advisory board of the Pacific
Council on International Policy, and serves on several
charitable boards.
Mr. Levin is an authority on foreign policy and international
trade issues, and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Kenneth
S. Thompson Vice
Chairman
Ken Thompson brings more than 24 years of experience in
software, engineering, strategy and supply chain management
to Newview. Mr. Thompson served as President and COO of
Newview Technologies from 1999 to 2002. As Vice Chairman
of the Board of Directors, Mr. Thompson continues to provide
support and direction. Mr. Thompson joined Newview following
nine successful years with Manugistics Group Inc., where
he served as Executive Vice President. While obtaining
his MBA, Mr. Thompson launched a start-up software company
that was later acquired by Manugistics Group Inc. Prior
to business school, Mr. Thompson was an engineer for the
Exxon Corporation.
Mr. Thompson holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the
University of Alberta and an MBA from the Wharton School
