manages a strategic buying program used to purchase over
$1B annually in raw materials. This solution executes
in excess of 170 network business processes from
material sourcing to delivery and claims resolution
with over 500+ supplier sites, over 1,000 users, and 100,000s
of network interactions. The Newview solution coordinates
the day-to-day business interactions with materials suppliers,
provides supplier performance measurement and purchasing
visibility into Ford's supplier network. The system was
"live" and in production in four months.
